and I thought what I did was intricate... did you draw it yourself first, or was it from a photo? Regardless, AMAZING.

real genuine art on deviantart is so hard to find.
this site is littered with crappy little bits of anime and cheap pictures taken on trashy web cams.

but this,
is what real
art is meant to
look like.
i love it.

O.O oh shit... that's amazing. What adhesive did you use b/c it looks like you got a tad bit of underspray going. But wow, this is great, i've never seen such a detailed stencil. How long did this take?

I used some pritt roller ( [link] ) to hold it down. The cutting was spread over several months, though I have been far from constantly working on it... can't really say how long it took...

i'd say use spray adhesive in order to cut back on underspray

I'd use spray adhesive if I had the money.

it's fairly cheap, one can lasts a while. like 6-8 bucks per can

I'm familiar with the 6-8 bucks per can thing.

Here i pay eleven euros (almost 14 dollars) for an excell knive. I pay 6.5 euros (over 8 dollars) for a can of crappy paint...
And in any case, I don't even have 5 buck to spend.

actually plain printing paper, average weight and such, I just used small bits off glue to keep it down a bit.

Note that it's not actually single layer, there's some grey letters in the background... All the black you see is one layer though.

Anyway, here's me spraying it:

Thanks everyone for the comments ^^

the piece is 75.5cm wide, 121cm high, and I guess yeah, some underspray, but I think, considering how the stencil was (especially at the bottom) more hole than paper, it did pretty well.

I still have the stencil. Gonna keep some nice details to give to everyone who helped me out with this, as a sort of souvenir, but I'm burning the rest of it on Halloween. Expect some pictures...

I'll also get some more pictures (details and such) online asap.
